Terms for using HumaMap.
These terms set out the basic product rules for using HumaMap. Product specific order forms, company agreements or data processing terms may add to them where relevant.

You are responsible for keeping your account information accurate and for protecting access to your account. Do not use another person's account without permission.
Personal and Company HumaMaps.
Your personal HumaMap is designed to stay with you. You decide what to make available through the sharing options provided by HumaMap.
A Company HumaMap describes how a company says it wants to work, what it values, what it is building and what people can expect. It should not be presented as an independently verified measurement of company culture unless that has separately been established.
Use HumaMap responsibly.
HumaMap is for legitimate professional and workplace use. Do not use the service to break the law, infringe another person's rights, misrepresent another person, attempt unauthorised access or introduce harmful code or content.
Do not add GDPR Article 9 special category data to HumaMap profiles.
HumaMap provides context, not decisions.
HumaMap and Ask HumaMap can provide additional context for hiring, leadership, teamwork and other people decisions. They do not replace human judgement and do not make those decisions for you.
You remain responsible for decisions you make and for using HumaMap in a fair, lawful and appropriate way.
Paid products.
HumaMap Teams is billed month to month at the price shown when you start the service. There is no annual commitment. The number of active people and any other billing details that apply should be clear before payment.
HumaMap Leadership is a one time, three week programme for 2 to 8 people. The current offer includes Personal HumaMaps, a 30 minute individual review per leader, two facilitated two hour team sessions, a Leadership Team Map, Leadership Agreements and a 90 day direction. The price and scope shown when the programme is agreed form part of the commercial agreement.
If a separate order form or written agreement applies, that document takes precedence where it specifically differs from these general product terms.
Changes and availability.
HumaMap may improve, change or discontinue parts of the service as the product develops. We aim to communicate material changes that affect how customers use paid services.
HumaMap is provided as a tool for understanding and collaboration. We do not guarantee a particular hiring, team, leadership or business outcome.
