Using HumaMap
By creating an account or using HumaMap, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. You must be at least 18 and able to enter into this agreement.
The service is currently a beta. Features may change as we learn from users, but we will not quietly remove your ownership or privacy controls.
Your account
Provide accurate information, keep your password secure and tell us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised. You are responsible for activity performed through your account.
Your content
You retain ownership of profile text, assessment data and other content you add. You give HumaMap a limited licence to store, process and display that content only as needed to provide the service and respect your visibility choices.
Only upload information you have the right to use. Do not add unlawful content or another person's sensitive information without a valid basis.
Assessments and AI
HumaMap is a professional reflection tool. Assessment mappings and Ask HumaMap responses may be incomplete or wrong and should be reviewed in context.
Do not use HumaMap as the sole basis for hiring, firing, medical, psychological, financial, legal or other high-stakes decisions. Ask HumaMap is not a general-purpose assistant and cannot edit your canonical profile data.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt to access another user's private data, bypass limits, disrupt the service, upload malicious material, scrape profiles at scale or use HumaMap to discriminate or cause harm.
Availability and changes
We aim to keep HumaMap reliable, but beta access is provided without a promise of uninterrupted availability. We may suspend unsafe or abusive use and may change or discontinue beta features with reasonable notice where practical.
Leaving HumaMap
You may export your data or delete your account from Settings. We may close an account that materially breaches these terms, after notice where appropriate. Deletion and backup retention are described in the Privacy Policy.
Liability and law
To the extent permitted by law, HumaMap is not liable for indirect loss, lost opportunities or decisions made from assessment or AI output. Nothing here limits rights or liability that cannot legally be limited.
These terms are governed by Danish law. Danish courts have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply to you.
